Will the prints be signed?

For my prints I chose to keep costs, material waste, and production time down by not signing each one individually. However there is a clear, visible, beautiful signature painted withinin the artwork itself. If having a print that is signed is important to you, please contact me directly to be quoted for a custom print. 

What kind of paper / canvas is the artwork printed on?

Whether you choose paper or canvas, you will receive a high quality giclee print. The artwork will be printed on either:

• Archival Matte Paper: smooth surface, heavy weight (230g), neutral white, matte paper. High contrast and high resolution output. Acid free.

• Canvas: High-quality Artisan Canvas by Breathing Colors. Printed with archival-grade Epson Ultrachrome GSX inks. Satin (low gloss level) finishing. Superior poly-cotton blend. Scratch and smudge-resistant.

Does the price include shipping?

Yes — When you choose your size and framing options, the price listed includes shipping. The only addition when you check out will be for sales tax. 

How soon will my print arrive?

Printer production time is usually 2-5 business days, and shipping time can be from 2-7 business days. I will send you a confirmation code so that you can track the status of your order.

Can I have a different frame / mat color / size / other customization?

Generally yes, please contact me directly for a quote! While I can’t make prints that are too oversized without losing quality, I can often accommodate the need for a different size, mat color, or frame.

What is your return / refund policy?

Refunds will only be offered if the print doesn’t reach you, or arrives damaged. No returns.

Where is the art printed and framed?

Art is printed and framed at FinerWorks Media LLC in San Antonio, Texas. 

How big are the frames?

For paper prints, the frame will be 7/8 of an inch thick, with a 1 inch white mat. They will also come with a protective acrylic surface. For canvas prints, they will come in an elegant black floating frame that is 3/8 of an inch thick, with no mat. Canvas prints will come with a wire on the back for hanging. See exact measurements below.
